When will my magazine arrive?

Your first print issue usually arrives in 4-8 weeks. Ship times can vary due to when your order is placed within the publication cycle. Please note that the Run Wild My Child magazine is published 4 times a year. The digital version of the previous season’s magazine is available inside the Adventure Up membership upon subscribing.

Do I need to re-sign up every season?

No, your subscription to the Run Wild My Child magazine and Adventure Up membership will renew each season unless you choose to cancel. You'll receive an email reminder that your membership is renewing before you're charged for the next season. Cancelling your membership is easy to do directly inside the community platform and can be done at any time. Cancelling your membership in Adventure Up also cancels your magazine subscription. 

Can I subscribe to the print magazine without the Adventure Up membership?

Not at this time. Membership in Adventure Up comes as a part of your magazine subscription. You will need to create an account for payment processing and set up a shipping address inside the membership.

However, active participation in the membership is not required. It's just an added bonus community feature that our members have found really helpful for creating connections and getting help with their outdoor adventures.

Can I purchase extra copies of the magazine?

At this time, we are only printing a limited number of copies of the magazine, based on subscription numbers. If we have extra, we'll let our members know and they'll have first dibs to purchase additional copies. Any remaining copies may be posted on our website for purchase at a later date.

DO YOU SHIP THE MAGAZINE OUTSIDE THE US?

At this time, we can only ship the magazine to the U.S. and Canada. However, the Adventure Up membership is open to everyone (globally) and includes a gorgeous digital copy of the Run Wild My Child magazine, with clickable links. 

If we get sufficient additional interest from other countries, we may be able to expand. Please let us know if you're outside of the U.S. or Canada and interested in receiving a copy of the magazine. 

WHERE/HOW CAN I ACCESS THE MEMBERSHIP?

Our Adventure Up membership is currently hosted on a site called Circle. You can access your account directly by clicking here or going to https://runwildmychild.circle.so/home.
