Founder of Run Wild My Child, mom of three, former attorney, and your friendly guide to less screen time and more sunshine.

Over the last 8 years, I’ve helped thousands of moms find doable, guilt-free ways to get outside with their kids, through blog posts, podcast episodes, challenges, a thriving online community, and now a nationally distributed print magazine.

But before all that?

I was just a busy, overwhelmed working mom, desperately trying to figure out how to stop the meltdowns, the screen-time spiral, and the constant chaos inside our house.

Spoiler alert: the answer wasn’t tracking every outdoor minute, quitting my job to homeschool, or giving up the extracurriculars that mattered to my kids. It was going outside. And it changed everything.

Now I teach other moms how to make outdoor time work in real life - no camping expertise, crunchy vibes, or picture-perfect plans required. Just honest, practical support from a mom who gets it.

I created this workshop because I know how hard it can feel to prioritize the outdoors and how life-changing it is when you do. I’m sharing everything I’ve learned along the way to get outside with kids, from toddlers to teens.
