The fine print
By submitting a guest post to Run Wild My Child, LLC (“RWMC”), you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions in relation to each and every single piece within your submission, including but not limited to textual copy, photographs, videos and illustrations sent to us.
Posts must be your own original work. Submitted content must not have been published on any other website, social media network, chat, or forum. All images/videos must be your own and you must be the copyright holder of such image/video OR the image/video must be licensed under an appropriate creative commons license or in the public domain. Proof of license may be requested to show that it does not infringe on copyright laws.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that submission of content to RWMC does not conflict with any copyright or publication rights already granted to other publishers, and RWMC is not responsible for any infringement of external publication rights. All quotations from other authors or publications must be properly cited.
You retain ownership of your post. You give RWMC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, nonexclusive, royaltyfree, transferable and fully sublicensable right and license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, make derivative works of, and otherwise use your post, or any part of your post, in any form, media or technology, now known or later developed for the RWMC website, social media feeds and any other purpose, including for marketing purposes.
You give RWMC the perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free, transferable right to use your name and likeness in connection with the publication and marketing of your post.
Once the post has been submitted to RWMC you may not republish the text anywhere online, in part or in whole, including your own website or blog for six-months, without the express written permission of RWMC (exceptions will be made for social media promotion of the post, etc.).
RWMC reserves the right to refuse publication or remove website content as we see fit. If your post is removed or denied publication, you are free to use the content for your own purposes.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless RWMC and its employees from any claim, cost, liability, or action (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) brought by any thirdparty against us in connection with your post.
We are not liable for the condition and precision of the textual copy supplied to us. We protect the right to reject and/or amend any contribution/material supplied. We take no responsibility for typographical mistakes and omissions.
All materials submitted may be used as future advertising or publicity for RUN WILD MY CHILD, LLC. Proper credit or acknowledgment will be given to the original author/photographer as permitted.
The views and attitudes printed in these publications are not necessarily those of the publisher. No fault will be taken for any judgment made by the reader, consequently resulting in opinions.
When using external links or citing references, you will only use credible sources, including research studies and major publications.
You will properly disclose the nature of any relationship with a company, brand or person that is mentioned in any sponsored content and include proper FTC disclosures within your post.
All links for sponsored or promotional content will be no-follow links. Our editorial staff reserves to right to add rel=”nofollow” to any link or remove a link attached to words or images before or after publication
Buying, selling, or trading links that appear in posts is strictly prohibited.
