Magazines like ours depend heavily on having a determined number of subscribers when we go to print, which makes refunds difficult. By subscribing, you’re pre-paying for a subscription, which will renew automatically, either every year or every quarter.
Subscriptions will renew annually unless cancelled by you prior to renewal via your account. If you wish to cancel your subscription, do that by signing in to your account. You’ll receive the remaining issues on the subscription you already paid for, but will not be charged for another year or quarter.
Subscribers will be notified via email one week before their subscription renews. Once your subscription renews or is initially purchased, it can not be returned or refunded.
Single issues of the Run Wild My Child Magazine are not returnable, unless received damaged. Please reach out to us at sara@runwildmychild.com with proof of purchase and photos of damage within 48 hours of receipt.
Gear, swag, or other items are created to-order by a third-party vender and are not able to be returned under any circumstances.
Gift subscriptions and gift cards are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment in less than two weeks—please be patient.
